By accessing the tkfb website at tkfb.io, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with tkfb. This agreement is governed by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms, including any amendments published by tkfb from time to time.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You confirm that you are not a person under any legal disability, restriction, or prohibition that would prevent you from lawfully accessing online betting services.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. The English-language version is the authoritative and legally binding version. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these terms, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any betting or gaming feature on the tkfb platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. tkfb reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to any withdrawal, or during a periodic account review.

The tkfb platform is operated for and targeted at players based in Bangladesh. You are responsible for determining whether your access to and use of tkfb is legal under the laws of your country or jurisdiction of residence. tkfb makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions. Players accessing from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited do so at their own risk and are not eligible to receive winnings or bonuses.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the tkfb platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where multiple accounts are detected, tkfb reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

Employees of tkfb, its affiliated entities, game providers, payment processors, and any third-party contractors directly involved in the operation of the platform are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money betting or gaming on the tkfb platform. Immediate family members of such employees are similarly excluded.

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering a tkfb account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must promptly update your account information if any of the details you have provided change. tkfb is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain current and accurate account information.

As part of our commitment to safe and responsible gaming, tkfb may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate by our compliance team. KYC verification may require you to submit:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)

You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. tkfb will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your login credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact tkfb support immediately via live chat or by emailing support at tkfb.io.

You may request the closure of your tkfb account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Before closing your account, any available balance will be returned to your registered payment method following the standard withdrawal process, subject to outstanding KYC verification requirements. If you are requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons (i.e., because gambling is causing you financial or personal harm), please inform the support agent so that appropriate self-exclusion measures can be applied simultaneously.

Deposits to your tkfb account must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the tkfb account holder — are strictly prohibited. tkfb reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party payment account and to suspend the associated player account pending investigation. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your tkfb balance within 30 seconds of payment confirmation.

Withdrawals from your tkfb account are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• The payment method receiving the withdrawal must be registered in your own name.
• Any active bonus balance must be either fully wagered or forfeited before a withdrawal of real-money funds can be initiated.
• tkfb reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but are targeted at under 24 hours for verified accounts under normal conditions.

tkfb does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals processed in BDT via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside tkfb's control. For Visa and Mastercard transactions, standard card-network processing fees may apply. Please check with your card issuer for applicable charges.

An account is considered dormant if no login or transaction activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. tkfb reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts, deducted from any available real-money balance. Where the balance reaches zero, the dormant account may be closed. Before any dormancy fee is applied, tkfb will attempt to notify you via the email address registered on your account. You can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the tkfb platform, it is binding and cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn by the player. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details of your bet — including the selection, stake, and market — are correct before confirming. tkfb is not responsible for any errors made by you in the placement of a bet.

tkfb reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• The event to which the bet relates is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled and does not resume or complete within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time.
• An obvious error has been made in the publication of odds (a "palpable error"), including where odds are clearly inconsistent with market conditions at the time of bet placement.
• The bet was placed after the event or market had already concluded (late bet).
• The outcome of the event has been determined to have been subject to match-fixing or other corrupt activity, as determined by a recognised sports integrity body.

Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's account in full.

tkfb applies maximum single-event payout limits across all betting markets. The applicable maximum payout for any single bet or accumulator is ৳5,000,000 (BDT five million), unless a lower limit is stated at the time of bet placement for a specific market. For casino games, jackpot caps and maximum win limits set by the individual game provider apply. These limits are applied per player, per event, per day.

tkfb offers live in-play betting on selected markets, including cricket, football, and other sports events. In-play bets are subject to a short acceptance delay to account for data feed latency. tkfb reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, particularly during critical moments of a match (wicket fall, penalty kicks, etc.). Bets placed during a market suspension window will be rejected and not accepted.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by tkfb are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. General eligibility conditions that apply to all bonuses include: the player must have a verified account in good standing; only one bonus of any given type may be claimed per household, device, or IP address unless otherwise stated; bonuses are available to new and existing players only where the specific promotion states so; and players must opt in to a bonus before making the qualifying deposit or action, where an opt-in mechanism is provided.

Unless a bonus is specifically labelled as a "no-wagering" offer, all bonuses awarded on the tkfb platform are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount (and any winnings derived from the bonus) can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. As a general guide, standard deposit match bonuses on tkfb carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, and sports betting contributes based on the settled odds of the bets placed.

All bonuses awarded on tkfb carry an expiry date. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonuses must be used (and wagering requirements must be met) within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Any bonus balance remaining in your account after the expiry date will be removed automatically without notice. The expiry of a bonus does not affect any real-money balance in your account.

tkfb employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; the use of betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms and guarantee profit with minimal risk (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage" in the context of promotional offers); the use of automated betting software in conjunction with bonuses; and the coordination of bonus exploitation across groups of players. Where bonus abuse is detected, tkfb reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel all derived winnings, and permanently close all associated accounts without notice.

You must not engage in any form of fraudulent activity in connection with your use of the tkfb platform. Prohibited fraudulent conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after consuming platform services.
• Providing false identity documentation during the KYC verification process.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in the platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.

The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism designed to place bets or interact with the tkfb platform without direct and real-time human input is strictly prohibited. This prohibition applies to all sections of the platform including sports betting, casino games, slots, and card games. tkfb uses technical detection systems to identify automated activity and reserves the right to void all bets placed via automated means and close the associated account.

tkfb is committed to preventing its platform from being used for money laundering or the financing of any illegal activity. You must not use the tkfb platform to deposit funds derived from criminal activity, to structure transactions in a manner designed to evade reporting thresholds, or to transfer funds through the platform without genuine gambling activity. tkfb complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities where required. Large or unusual transactions may be frozen pending investigation without prior notice to the account holder.

All content published on the tkfb platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, software, graphics, text, images, audio, video, game interfaces, and data — is the intellectual property of tkfb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights over any platform content.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the tkfb platform without prior written consent from tkfb. You must not use the tkfb brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without explicit written authorisation. Unauthorised use of tkfb intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

tkfb endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond tkfb's reasonable control. tkfb is not liable for any losses — including lost betting opportunities, lost winnings, or inconvenience — arising from temporary platform unavailability, regardless of the cause.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tkfb's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of the deposits made to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. tkfb is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.

Casino games, slots, and live dealer games available on tkfb are supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. While tkfb selects providers on the basis of quality and fairness standards, the operation of individual games is governed by the game provider's own certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems and return-to-player configurations. tkfb is not responsible for game malfunctions, disconnections during live sessions, or RNG outcomes, but will work with the game provider to resolve any verified technical fault that has demonstrably affected a player's balance.

tkfb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (as defined under Clause 4.4).
• A court order, regulatory direction, or request from a law enforcement agency.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 21.

Upon termination of your account by tkfb for a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. Where the termination is not due to a breach (for example, a business decision to exit a market), any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited upon termination in all circumstances.

If you believe that tkfb has made an error in the settlement of a bet, the processing of a transaction, or the application of a bonus, you must raise a formal dispute within 14 days of the event in question. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. To raise a dispute, contact our support team via live chat on the platform or by email at support at tkfb.io, providing your account username, the date and time of the relevant event, the transaction or bet reference number, and a clear description of the issue.

tkfb will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours of receipt and aims to provide a full resolution within 10 business days. Complex cases requiring third-party game provider investigation may take longer, in which case tkfb will keep you informed of progress. The decision reached by tkfb's dispute resolution team, following review of all available evidence, shall be final and binding. tkfb's decision on all betting and gaming matters is made in good faith and based on the best available information at the time.

tkfb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be required to reflect updates to our service offering, changes in applicable law or regulation, feedback from our player community, or improvements to platform operations. The updated Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to taking effect.

Your continued use of the tkfb platform after the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account. Bets placed and transactions completed before the effective date of any amendment remain subject to the terms that were in force at the time of those actions.
